We would like to request $750,000 to retro-fit about 50 area homes with geothermal heating and air systems. These units are very energy efficient and reduce monthly costs by about 40-50%. The homeowner would be responsible for some of the cost. More use of these systems in the area will create consumer knowledge and confidence and ,hopefully, better pricing from suppliers.Wiki Description
