Replace Social Services building's pneumatic controls with DDC controls on VAV boxes, AHUs, and the new chiller to improve energy efficiency and allow constant monitoring of the HVAC system. Replace Public Library's existing heat coil units, original to the 1972 building, with VAV boxes and DDC controls to allow energy efficiency and constant monitoring.
