Westmoreland Players, a 501c Non-profit in 29th continuous year, to add 2,500 sq ft new lobby, services and seating to 140 seat community theatre ("Players Theatre", Northumberland Cty; now playing 5 main shows and special events per year for total of 60 night's entertainment and children's training in agric/depressed area (Northern Neck)) so as to double capacity for new offerings, events and education in arts not covered by schools. Architectural work paid, permitting done. Concrete pad poured, steel frame exterior and facade ordered. Interior and services to be built out by local contractors/suppliers and volunteers; landscaping and paving to be contracted; finishing and furnishings provided by local suppliers.Own funds are matching.
