We need help funding the second Phase of a two stage building project, for our community. Phase one was built with all local funds-community fundraising plus some minimal help from the Carroll County Board of Supervisors. Phase Two would increase the useability of the facility, by increasing the square footage by at least double, and by including room for storage,a nd for a Community Library that is presently housed in an unheated, donated spaceWiki Description
